WHAT IS MYRIOD?

We are a period subscription box service aiming to deliver you a box of essentials, self-care and convenience each month.

WHAT IS THE CHARITY INITIATIVE THAT YOU SUPPORT?

The Tricky Period Project. Tricky Period is a grassroots group collaborating with local libraries to provide period products to those experiencing homelessness and poverty. For every box we sell, we donate 10 pads.

WHAT DATE IS PAYMENT TAKEN?

After your first payment on the date you choose to start a subscription, recurring payment will be taken on the 1st of each month.

If your first payment falls before our cut off date of the 15th of the month, it will be deducted and you will receive a box that month. If it falls after this cut-off date, e.g. the 17th, this payment will not be taken until the 1st of the next month and you will start receiving boxes from the end of that month.

WHEN DO YOU SHIP OUT YOUR ONE-OFF BOXES?

We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of you placing it. In total please expect to receive your order 3-5 days after placing it.

WHEN DO YOU SHIP OUT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BOXES?

We ship out all subscription boxes at the end of the month with the cut-off date for orders being the 15th of the month. Any orders after this will be part of the next month.

WHAT WILL I GET INSIDE A BOX?

The exact details depend on the box as we have 3 different types in our collection, but generally, you will receive period products, sweet treats, self-care items and hot drinks!

DO YOU SEND BOXES AS GIFTS?

Yes we do! Input the recipient's address in the delivery information and feel free to add a note in the box on the checkout page if you want to add a personalised message.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

If the box is returned to us unopened within 14 days of delivery then yes! Please look at our Delivery & Returns page for more information.
