Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Please note that delivery times may be slower due to the pressure on the Royal Mail caused by COVID-19. Most deliveries are running on time, but please give a few more days for your parcel to arrive before contacting us. Take care & stay safe!

We ship using “Royal Mail 2nd Class”.

Delivery takes 3-4 working days from dispatch.

For one-off boxes we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of you placing it. In total, please expect to receive your order within 5-6 working days from placing it.

We also offer Royal Mail Tracked 48 on our one-off boxes at an additional fee.

For subscription boxes, order will be shipped at the end of each month. Our cut-off date for subscription boxes is the 15th of each month. Orders after this date will be carried over to the next month.

(For example, if you order on the 16th July, as the cut-off is the 15th, you will not receive your first box until August deliveries)

With all our boxes, we will send you an email to let you know when we’ve dispatched it.

 

Returns Policy

Please note that we only accept refunds for unopened boxes which have the sticker seal intact. If the box has been opened, we are not able to issue a refund due to the nature of the contents.

Subject to your right to cancel, your shop item(s) or unopened subscription box may be returned to us within the period of 14 days from the date of delivery to you.

Please note that shop item(s) must be unused and in their original condition to receive a refund. We will not provide a full refund if the goods show signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available.

To make a return, please get in touch with us via info@myriod.co.uk, where we will provide you with a return address and returns form. The item(s) should be returned to us at the address given. We strongly recommend that you send the item(s) by Royal Mail Special Delivery (or an equivalent “signed for” delivery service) to ensure proof of postage and insurance for the item(s). We cannot be responsible for any item(s) which are lost in transit. Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the item(s).

Myriod will refund the price of the products in full excluding the cost of delivery.
